People For People, Incorporated (PFP) is a Not For-Profit 501 (c) 3 organization, founded by the Reverend Herbert H. Lusk, II, as the community outreach arm of Greater Exodus Baptist Church. Established in July 1993, PFP’s mission is to create neighborhood revitalization through a strategy of comprehensive community development. PFP has approached its mission with a holistic, multi-tiered set of programs and initiatives in the areas of Social Service, Economic Development, Education and Housing. Recently the Pennsylvania’s Secretary of Department of Public Welfare designated PFP as an Employment Advancement Retention Network (EARN) Center to assist citizens with the transition from Welfare to Work
